Referrals

Health and behaviour are inextricably linked. There are many aspects of health that can cause or contribute to common behaviour problems and it is vital that these are diagnosed prior to any behaviour counselling. Annabel works closely with your veterinary surgeon to obtain an up to date clinical history of any health problems and details of any recent clinical investigations. Therefore, all behaviour cases require a recent clinical examination and the completion of a veterinary referral form prior to the behaviour consultation.

Forms for referring veterinary surgeons can be printed off via the BVBA attachment below. These forms need to be signed by the owner of the pet and sent or emailed to Annabel, who will then contact the owner to arrange an appointment.
